  • No PO Boxes: We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. All shipments require a physical street address and must be signed for upon delivery. A valid daytime delivery address and contact phone number must be provided at checkout.

  • No Unattended Deliveries: Packages will not be left in mailboxes, at front doors, or unattended under any circumstances.

  • No Redirection: Once dispatched, orders cannot be re-routed, redirected, or amended. Please ensure all delivery information is accurate before completing your order.

  • Delivery Timeframes: All delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch. We do not guarantee arrival within any specific timeframe.

  • Risk & Liability: beU is not liable for any loss, damage, delay, theft, or misdelivery of packages once they have been collected by the carrier. Risk passes to the customer upon dispatch.
Can I change or redirect my order after it has been placed?

Orders cannot be redirected or altered once they have been dispatched. Please carefully review your shipping details before completing checkout.

What happens if my package is lost, stolen, or delayed?

Once dispatched, risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer. beU is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. In such cases, please contact the courier directly with your tracking details.

Products

How do I choose the right product for me?

Start with your goal (relaxation, external stimulation, couples play, etc.), then pick size, shape, and intensity range. Each product page lists dimensions, motor type, and vibration modes. If you’re new, choose compact sizes and wide intensity range.

Are beU products body-safe?

Yes—our products use medical-grade silicone and high-grade ABS where specified, are non-porous and phthalate-free. Materials are tested to applicable safety standards. #Not a medical device

Are beU products hypoallergenic?

Silicone and ABS are generally well-tolerated. If you have known sensitivities (e.g., to lubricants, latex, fragrances), patch-test on your forearm for 10–15 minutes and discontinue if irritation occurs.

Uneven vibration or weak power?

Fully recharge, check for debris at the motor head/ports, and reset by holding the power button for 10 seconds(if supported).

Can I bring beU products on a plane?

Yes. In the U.S., adult toys/massagers are generally allowed in carry-on and checked bags. Screening officers may still inspect any bag. But the final decision rests with the officer at the checkpoint.

Orders

Are my orders shipped discreetly?

Yes. All packages are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging for your complete privacy.

How long will delivery take?

It depends on where you are. Majority orders processed here will take 3-7 business days to arrive.

Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

How soon will my order be processed?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Return & Refunds

Can I return an intimate product once it’s opened?

No — once any inner seal/protective film is broken, it’s considered opened and not returnable for hygiene/legal reasons (outer box alone doesn’t matter if inner seals are broken).

What if my item is defective, dead-on-arrival, or wrong?

Report DOA/mis-ship within 7 days (warranty defects within 1 year); send short video/photos + serial/lot; once confirmed we provide a prepaid label and a replacement or refund.

Which items can never be returned?
  • Opened/used intimate devices or attachments,
  • Opened lubes/gels/liquids,
  • Consumables/replacement heads with broken seals,
  • Gift cards, downloads,
  • Marked final-sale or clearance.
What happens after you receive my return?

We inspect; eligible Unopened change-of-mind returns may incur up to a 15% restocking fee and deductions for missing/damaged items; if found Opened/used, it’s rejected (dispose or return at your cost).

What if the parcel is returned to sender or I miss the window?

Refused/undeliverable may be treated as change-of-mind with shipping/restocking deductions; late returns aren’t accepted unless required by law.
